In the role of project manager, you will lead projects that contribute to adding value to our core business with a clear focus on creating optimal and agile square meter. The position and key responsibilities

As our new Project Manager, you are responsible for carry out building projects, infrastructure projects and projects with a sustainability agenda.

The projects are carried out in close cooperation with the core business where stakeholder management is an important part of our delivery. You are in the role of project manager responsible for the analyzing, designing and execution of construction projects.

Additionally, you will be working with following areas:

  • - Deliver projects within the agreed scope, budget and time plan
  • - Managing external consultants
  • - Tendering process within construction projects
  • - Negotiation with contractors and landlords
  • - Handover to core business and operations/ maintenance
  • - Develop the Sustainability agenda regarding properties

You are expected to handle projects where you oversee all phases, as well as being part of large-scale projects, where you will assist colleagues.

 

Your qualifications

  • - University degree or equivalent education within the field
  • - 3 years of experience as project manager or similar role within the building industry
  • - Experience working with AB, ABR and ABT
  • - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • - Working in a structural manner and excellent planning skills
  • - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • - Speak and write Danish and English fluently, knowledge of other Nordic languages would be beneficial

About the department

You will be a part of the Asset Management team in Denmark, located in PostNords country office at Copenhagen S. The team is a part of Group Real Estate responsible for the Nordic property portfolio with offices in Copenhagen, Stockholm, and Gothenburg. The role is a full-time position and will include some traveling, mainly to our sites in Denmark.

At the office in Denmark, you will be a part of a team of experienced professionals working close with the portfolio manager and the facility management team responsible for operation and maintenance.
